Yes, I offer virtual therapy through secure video calls. This platform is accessible via phone, tablet, or computer.

I provide individual therapy for people ages 14+ via telehealth. I use a blend of therapeutic approaches, including mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as person-centered and psychodynamic strategies. My specific approach with each client is dependent on their needs and circumstances.

Working in the realm of performance psychology you will learn strategies and mindset skills that will improve your consistency and performance under pressure. Your overall well being is considered the foundation for optimal performance so this work also includes emotional processing.

In sport and performance psychology work we will collaborate to adapt many skills to fit your needs and help you compete at your best. Some examples are: stress and anxiety management, visualization, emotional regulation, mindset development, focusing skills, goal setting, self-compassion, mindfulness strategies, and building and maintaining self-confidence.

In your first session, we will discuss your concerns, goals, and any previous experiences with therapy. It's a chance for us to get to know each other and decide how we can work together. This session typically lasts about 50 minutes.

Yes, confidentiality is a core principle of this work. Everything you share with me is kept private, except in certain situations where I’m required by law to break confidentiality (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others, child abuse, etc.).

Sessions are $135.

I am not an insurance provider, but I am an insurance friendly practice. I partner with Mentaya, a company that will submit your reimbursements for you and follow up with your insurance if needed. Your plan needs to have out-of-network benefits for you to receive reimbursement. I will also provide you with a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
Sport and performance work is not covered by insurance.

Things come up and schedules change! Just let me know if you need to cancel or would prefer a different appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments without notice may incur a cancellation fee.
