Welcome
I am an attentive and collaborative therapist who believes in you and the power of your dreams. I understand that life can get heavy, messy, and our goals can feel overwhelming. What brings you here means the world to you, and I will hold the importance of your struggle with warmth and understanding. I offer a supportive space for my clients to work through challenges, process success, and get to know themselves better so they can show up at their best in the areas that matter most to them. My style is a good fit for high-achievers, leaders, athletes, and those navigating the many transitions, challenges, and opportunities life sends our way.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC), combining my academic background in Psychology from Harvard with a Master’s degree in Counseling and Sport Psychology from Boston University.
My Sport Experience
My clinical training is enriched by years of experience as a player and a coach, including five years as an assistant coach for women's basketball at Harvard, where I also served as the recruiting coordinator. As a two-time All-Ivy player, I proudly contributed to three Ivy League championship teams and represented Harvard in the NCAA tournament. Additionally, I have coached at a Class AA NEPSAC prep school and achieved success at the local level, notably as a two-time Massachusetts State Champion at Westwood High School. Over a decade ago, my professional journey led me into the realm of performance psychology, where I have worked closely with athletes, coaches, and teams to optimize their performance and enhance their overall experience.
